Paul is a public health researcher whose interests include Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD), Economic Evaluation, and Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the UNSW Kirby Institute through a UNSW Scientia PhD Scholarship. He has more than five years of research experience in public health, mostly on NTDs in the Philippines.
